CR951 Project Development and Environment Study, Collier County, Florida
The Public Involvement Program for CR951 from Immokalee Road in Collier County to Alico Road in Lee County covered approximately 15 miles. This project included several facilitated consensus building meetings early in the project, involving stakeholders from all areas of the community. Several public workshops were held in support of the consensus building process, along with an Alternative Public Workshop, Public Hearing, and development and maintenance of a dedicated CR951 website.

Sandy Lane Extension Corridor Alignment Study, Lee County, Florida
This study process required the direction of engineering, environmental and traffic sub-consultants to develop corridor alternatives, analyze those alternatives and selection of the preferred corridor alternative. Extensive Public Involvement consisted of newsletters, legal ads, variable message boards, project website and press releases. Public input was collected during the project through numerous Community Meetings and Public Information Workshops.

I-75 Final Design, Lee and Collier County, Florida
Public outreach firm for the final design of I-75 from SR 951 in Collier County to SR 80 in Lee County. The design efforts extend from the future I-75 Golden Gate Parkway interchange in Collier County to SR 80 interchange in Lee County. The public outreach program includes project newsletters and public information meetings. Other duties include responding to public comments and questions about the project and a project web site detailing information about the final designs and the PD&E study findings for the project segments.
Winkler Avenue Widening Design and Construction Project - Public Involvement Program, Fort Myers, Florida
This Public Involvement Program was designed for the four laning of Winkler Avenue from US 41 to Metro Parkway for the City of Fort Myers project during design and construction. The project also included sidewalks, landscaping and new decorative streetlights. The Community Involvement Program encompassed several Public Information Workshops, newsletters, a Speaker’s Bureau, media coordination and one-on-one meetings with businesses and homeowners associations. Notification flyers were prepared for distribution to the affected property owners and tenants along the corridor. Coordination with local media traffic reports and interaction with local press were significant factors of the program.
Summerlin Road Widening - Boy Scout to Cypress Lake Drive and Gladiolus Drive to San Carlos Blvd, Lee County, Florida
This Lee County project included the six-laning of Summerlin Road with grade separations at College Parkway and Gladiolus Drive. A Public Involvement Program was conducted using a combination of Public Information Workshops and meetings with individual property and business owners along the corridor.

Sanibel Causeway and Bridge Construction, Lee County, Florida
A public outreach program was formulated to address the public's issues and concerns regarding the Sanibel Causeway bridge replacement which includes a bascule bridge, two fixed span bridges and two causeway islands. This project requires on-going community awareness activities including media coordination, road watch updates, web site management and speakers bureaus for local organizations. The project previously included a two-year long public outreach program that included information workshops, a public hearing, and a speaker's bureau for local organizations, coordination with the Sanibel Study Group, coordination with the local press and coordination with several environmental organizations.

Golden Gate Parkway/Airport-Pulling Road Grade Seperated Overpass, Collier County, Florida
Public outreach firm for one of the most complex projects undertaken by the Collier County Transportation Division. The project includes construction of an overpass to allow traffic to flow over Airport-Pulling Road and to widen Golden Gate Parkway to six lanes from Airport-Pulling Road to Livingston Road. Also included in the project is the relocation of the City of Naples' 36-inch raw water main and the Airport Road Canal. Public involvement duties include a public information workshop, a project web site and newsletter, coordination with area residents, businesses and local government agencies, and frequent coordination with the media.

Fort Myers Downtown Utility and Streetscape Improvements Project, City of Fort Myers, Florida
Public outreach on this extensive project consists of meeting with property owners, downtown merchants groups and the Fort Myers Redevelopment Agency. Newsletters and notification flyers are prepared for distribution to the affected property owners and tenants in the downtown area for utility shut-offs, road closures and project updates. One town hall meeting was conducted that consisted of presentation boards, a continuous PowerPoint presentation and informational handouts. The project web site is updated regularly with current information for the public to access.
