LeeWay Variable Pricing Project, Lee County, Florida
Consultant responsible for completing the Variable Pricing Study funded by FHWA, which included the implementation of Electronic Toll Collection (ETC), off peak value pricing, and Express Lanes on the Midpoint cross county corridor. Project included an extensive Public Outreach program that was an all-encompassing education, marketing and public relations campaign used to form positive public opinion and acceptance. The introduction of ETC required an in-depth educational program on the enrollment and use of ETC.

Expansion of Variable Pricing to Heavy Vehicles, Lee County, Florida
As a Subconsultant, responsible for all public outreach on this FHWA and FDOT funded grant. Responsibilities included compilation of a heavy vehicle operators mailing and contact list drawing from travelers on the Lee County bridges, production of questions and coordination of an extensive phone survey of commercial vehicle users, press releases, design, graphics and publication of an application/brochure specifically for multi-axle vehicle users. Grant administrator for all contractual requirements, change orders, and budget projections.

Lee County Value Priced Queue-Jump Feasibility Study, Lee County, Florida
Subconsultant responsible for public outreach on the FHWA funded Value Priced Queue-Jump Study. Developed and administered a County-wide public involvement campaign for a unique transportation study of highly congested locations to examine innovative modifications that would help reduce congestion. Responsibilities included focus groups and driver surveys used to gauge public opinion and acceptance. Effort also included, database compilation, graphics, extensive coordination with media for public outreach program, press releases, and a public workshop. Project scope also included the oversight of extensive project documentation and administration as required by Federal Highway Administration and Florida Department of Transportation.
