SR 739 (Us Business 41) from Mariana Avenue to Littleton Road, Lee County, Florida
As CEI consultant for the Lee County Department of Transportation, this project involved widening SR 739 from two lanes to four lanes and required construction engineering, inspection, materials sampling and testing, and contract administration in a joint agreement between Lee County and FDOT. Our staff was responsible for providing technical and administrative services in tracking the execution of the construction contract.

SR 82/Martin Luther King Boulevard Widening Project, City of Fort Myers, Florida
The original study in this project area involved studying three alternative corridors for SR 82 (Dr. MLK Blvd.) from east of Ortiz Avenue to east of Lee Boulevard (CR 884) in Lee County. The study included four lane typical section alternatives, special treatment and/or additional lanes at major intersections, and widening of the crossroads up to 1000 feet in each direction, including the intersections of SR 82/Buckingham Road and SR 82/Lee Boulevard. Alternatives for the location and configuration of an interchange with SR 82 (Dr. MLK Blvd.) and I-75 were also considered.

SR 80/Palm Beach Boulevard, Lee Boulevard and Business 41/Pondella Road Streetscape Projects (Community Redevelopment Agency), Lee County, Florida
26 miles of landscaping and hardscape projects for the Lee County Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA). Responsibilities included: pre-bid and pre-construction services and site inspection during construction, as well as coordination with the contractor and County staff to satisfy all County requirements for planting and irrigation. Additional inspection services for Lee County Department of Transportation included reporting preparation of landscape beds and installation of the plantings per the design specifications. Observing and recording as-builts for the operation of the directional bores covering the installation of the irrigation system for the median landscape areas, and preparation of as-built plans for plant location and inventory.
